Account Manager (full remote, outbound line)

Job Description:
- Working days: 5 working days / week

Working hours:
- Monday — Friday 16:00 — 02:00 Kyiv time

Position Duties:
During your working day you will be working with existing client base and schedule appointments for annual technical service of water equipment:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and offer solutions according to company guidelines.
- Research and troubleshoot technical problems to find resolutions.
- Process orders, update accounts, and handle billing inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions.

Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of English (B2+) / Russian (Native, C1) .
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to work remotely (!) and be self-managed
- Willingness to work during evening/night hours
- Call centre or Administrator experience is a plus but not a must
