Job Summary:
- Join our team as a remote Account Manager and play a vital role in supporting our valued customers.
- You’ll be responsible for scheduling annual maintenance appointments for water softeners and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Focus:
- Deliver exceptional service through phone calls.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and offer solutions.
- Research and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Aqualife USA products, services, and promotions.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Proven English (B2+) and Russian (Native, C1) proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or administrative role is a plus, but not required.

- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
