Portraithy.com is where Ukrainian art meets a global audience. We bring together over 150 talented artists from Ukraine who create custom oil paintings from photographs. Over the past 9 years, we have built a steadily growing business, serving over 4,000 clients annually. Our ambitious goal for the next three years is to become the world’s largest seller of custom paintings.

Technological Support: You will work with Komo CRM, which integrates many custom-built modules for analytics and process systematization. We provide you with everything you need to achieve the highest results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies for various lead generation channels, including the new website, social media, and inbound messages/emails.
- Team Management: Form and lead a team of 5 salespeople, ensuring effective communication and motivation.
- Process Control and Optimization: Implement and monitor adherence to scripts and regulations, and analyze team efficiency.
- Client Base Development: Ensure the growth of the client base and maintain high loyalty among existing clients.
- Feedback Management: Oversee the client’s entire journey through the painting creation process, including collecting feedback.
- Communication with clients and the team in English: The role requires establishing and conducting phone calls with English-speaking clients as well as coordinating closely with the English-speaking sales department.

Requirements:
- Work Experience: At least 5 years as a Head of Sales, preferably in e-commerce.
- English Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written English at C1 level or higher.
- Strategic Skills: Experience in developing and implementing strategic goals for a sales department.
- Technological Competence: Experience working with CRM systems (Amo, Komo, or similar).
- Leadership Qualities: Ability to motivate a team, focus on results, and think strategically.
