Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Work conditions:
- Remote work
- Base salary: $300−400 depending on experience.

Bonuses:
- $50 for maintaining a reply rate above 10%.
- $5−10 per qualified lead call.
- $70−200 for closing deals, with additional bonuses for long-term projects.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Craft compelling outreach messages with strong hooks.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients and maintain relationships.
