Social Media and Influencer Manager
English: min B2
- ROLE PURPOSE:

This position would be responsible for partnering with influencers/agencies to boost brand awareness while also contributing content ideas and creating innovative campaigns to increase our market presence internationally. The associate with effectively utilize social media platforms to amplify our client base, while guiding a small team.
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES. RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE
Essential Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze audience, market, and industry data to Identify the type of influences to best partner with.
- Social Media experience in posting and writing relevant content
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influences.
- Maintain an understanding of the influencer agency landscape and implement changes as needed.
- Able to analyze data and provide reporting on statistics on followers etc.
- Able to manage a team and provide positive feedback
- Research and compile data as it pertains to prospective and current clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and influence to development of effective campaigns

- Initiate and execute creative content strategies that align with our brands
- Researching, planning, and developing social media content plans across multiple social media channels, keeping track of trends, and utilizing them to increase engagement, reach, and revenues
- Making sure all posts align with brand guidelines
- Scheduling all social media posts
- Conduct market research analysis to identify trends, real-time-search, news media activity, popular social media topics, electronic commerce trends, market opportunities, or competitor performance.
- Research of Social media best practices
- Keep abreast of Canadian government regulations and emerging web technology to ensure regulatory compliance by reviewing current policies and updates
- Briefing of the design and creative teams
- Sharing of trends, updates, articles, and case studies within the Marketing groups weekly
- Collaborate with other marketing staff, stakeholders, or creative teams to integrate and complement marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms.
- Participate in developing and implementing online marketing strategy with overall responsibility for social media implementation.
- Improve social media platform activities through ongoing analysis, experimentation, or optimization tests, using different approved methods.
- Conduct online marketing initiatives, such as affiliate programs, sponsorship programs, or influencer marketing campaigns on social media
- Research communicate and negotiate with Influencers
- Identify appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report key metrics from social media platform activities or initiatives.
- Ensure positive social media sentiment and provide recommendations to improve/ tweak when necessary
- Collect and analyze web metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, transaction volume and revenue, traffic mix, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, or cost per click.
- Manage tracking and reporting of social media activities on all platforms to provide analyses and insights to key stakeholders.
- Evaluate new emerging media or technologies and make recommendations for their application within Internet marketing and social media marketing campaigns.
- Propose online or social media channel campaigns or ideas to marketing leaders
- In-depth knowledge of scheduling tools like Hootsuite or SproutSocial
- Assist in the evaluation and negotiation of contracts with influencers or online partners.
- Ensure all content plans are submitted on time for review and approval
- Attend monthly KPI discussions with the Digital Marketing Manager
- Maintain an engagement rate of 2% and above
- Hands-on knowledge of social media management tools, an understanding of web analytics tools (social and web)
- In-depth knowledge and Proficiency in LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Upskill yourself on relevant tools that improve measurement and efficiency
- Proficient in design tools/software such as Canva

3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Knowledge:
- Ability to communicate and present information effectively and concisely, both internally within a team environment and externally with our partners
- Demonstrate initiative to suggest and implement new ideas
- Extensive and proven Social Media Marketing experience — a must
- Strong communication skills
- 2+ years experience in Social media marketing, with proven results driving growth and revenues
- Experience in influencer marketing, influencer outreach, and negotiations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to meet and exceed expectations
- Strong understanding of social networks and other communities
- Passionate about digital marketing and social media
- Analytical and able to provide reporting on content statistics
- Ability to work with high net-worth and famous individuals

- Diploma in Marketing Management
- Computer literacy, including competence in using Microsoft Office, ADOBE, Photoshop
