CEO will work closely with all department heads to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, while driving strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and maximize profitability.

Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing teams, with a focus on effective collaboration and teamwork.
- Successful experience in managing E-commerce brands.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency, and successfully implement them.
- Exceptional analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to analyze sales and marketing data and develop creative market strategies that drive results.
- A strong sense of accountability and responsibility, with the ability to make decisions confidently and take ownership of outcomes.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a willingness to take the initiative and contribute your own ideas to drive the business forward.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with department heads to ensure that they have all the resources and support they need to complete their responsibilities effectively.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments.
- Report directly to the Owner and provide regular updates on day-to-day operations and business performance.
- Identify and address any operational issues that may arise, and take necessary actions to resolve them.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek to improve the organization’s operations.
