Project Manager for Internal ABS System

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our internal Automated Banking System (ABS). This role is crucial for ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within scope, and in line with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience with agile methodologies, and proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the technology or fintech sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Plan, execute, and oversee the development and implementation of the internal ABS system.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope and objectives.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to track project progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and any changes to the plan.
