Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities;
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates;
- Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed;
- Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner;
- Perform new affiliate acquisition through research, referrals, networking, affiliate events data feeds, and emails;
- Hit the affiliate potential targets in all markets measured by ROI and FTDs;
- Collaborate with management team to execute and close new affiliate deals;
- Recommend improvements to increase revenue targets;
- Monitor, analyse and optimise the performance of campaigns;
- Identify and resolve issues before they affect campaigns;
- Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities;

Qualifications:
- Experience in iGaming;
- Experienced in account management, high communicative skills;
- Proactive and strategic mindset that allows to anticipate and solve issues before they become problems;
- Ability to collect and analyse information, evaluate options, and make decisions;
- Great time management skills and ability to meet the short deadlines;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to details;
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking atmosphere;
- Desire to learn and progress.
