ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

We’re expanding our dynamic Sales Team and are on the lookout for proactive Customer Support Specialist for our new project. As a Customer Support Specialist, your mission is to research and refine processes, provide exceptional support to clients, and effectively promote our products through a consultative sales approach. Additionally, you will collaborate with R&D and external partners, using market insights to drive product innovation and ensure our solutions align with customer needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine security products.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their security needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to position R&D-backed security products competitively in the market.
- Product Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver product training materials and documentation for both internal teams and customers.
- Close Communication with Partners: Take part in daily meetings. Share updates on product development, sales strategies, and market trends to align partnership efforts.
- Compliance and Security Standards: Stay updated on compliance protocols and incorporate them into product design and sales strategies.
- Development: Contribute to the formulation of new funnels, scripts, and processes.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF:
- You have great communication skills: excellent verbal and written English communication abilities (В2-С1-С2) and good interpersonal skills for building relationships with both customers and internal teams.
- You are goal-oriented and eager to continuous improvement.
- You have strong collaborative skills to work effectively across departments such as sales, marketing, and engineering.
- You have customer-centric mindset: A focus on understanding customer challenges and developing solutions that meet their security needs.
- You have previous experience in customer support sphere or something related to that.
