We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project administrator to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful implementation of our projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Verify documents (titles, statuses, and numbers);
- Ensure timely communication and dissemination of information on the status of project documents to all team members;
- Maintaining project documentation and updating documents on exchange portals;
- Prepare project related documents and reports.

Required skills:
- English B2-C1 (Advanced);
- Attention to detail when working with documentation
- Document control;
- Proficiency in software (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Jira, PDF editors);
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
