REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably within the gaming industry, with a focus on strategy/play games.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in databases and SQL.
- Expert-level Excel skills, including complex formulas and macros.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Gaming Insight: Experience in scripting game events and understanding their effects on game metrics.
- Data Management: Proven ability to develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Educational Background: Preferred degree in mathematics, economics, or related fields.
- Language Proficiency: English at B2 level or higher.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Management: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for products;
- Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement;
- User Insights: Conduct cohort and funnel analyses to assess user behavior and product usage;
- Market Research: Perform in-depth market and competitor research to inform product development and marketing strategies;
- Collaborative Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with data-driven insights;
- Product Lifecycle: Provide analysis and recommendations throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch.
