We invite applications from highly qualified and motivated professionals for the position of HR Specialist, based in Kiev, Ukraine.

What the job looks like?
The HR Specialist will have the opportunity to:
- Support the day to day HR lifecycle for all colleagues.
- Support the end to end recruitment process, identifying and attracting key talent and driving resourcing solutions.
- Support the organization’s compensation system, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, bonus system and other perks.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and handle any salary-related issues.
- Ensure that company policies comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with upper management to forecast the company’s staffing needs and create a long-term HR strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Supports a combination of automated and paper based systems to quickly navigates these systems and processes in order to support HR operations effectively.
- Ensures colleagues files, data and reporting is up to date and accurate in all HR systems.
- Supports the HR team on people projects and is part in ensuring their successful implementation.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and upper management, ensuring clear and open communication channels.
What does it take to do the job?
- University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge on HR processes and operations.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Upper intermidiate /Fluency in English (constant communication and correspondence with English-speaking colleagues).
- Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
