Join us as a Partner Performance Agent and become a key member of Glovo’s local operations team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.
You will:
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner's meetings and business reviews)
- Perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve partners performance / decrease preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time and bad rating
- Develop and oversee relationships with Partners performing alongside Account Managers to ensure top level service provided to the clients
- Bring important insights and cooperate with relevant stakeholders to drive important changes which can make partner operations more efficient
- Collect mandatory information to analyze Partner issues
- Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
- High level of ownership: independent and not afraid to take responsibility
- Data-driven mindset: KPI, OKR are not just letters for you
- Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
- Proactive Issue Management: Stay vigilant and proactive in identifying any potential delays or issues that might arise.
- Brilliant Communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
- Google Spreadsheets/Excel proficiency
- Looker (nice to have)
- Professional English
