Responsibilities:
- Gathering and clarifying requirements for IT vacancies
- Posting vacancies on job websites
- Searching for potential candidates
- Reviewing resumes, conducting screening interviews
- Organisation of technical interviews, preparing offers
- Sending test tasks to the candidates and giving feedbacks
- Maintaining candidates' base
- Onboardings

Requirements:
- Knowledge of best practices in the IT Recruiting
- Relevant Bachelor’s/Master's degree
- Practical experience and knowledge of best HR practices
- Experience of work in a multicultural environment
- Positive mindset and result-oriented attitude
- Mature personality, resilient and comfortable with changes, team player
- Upper-Intermediate level English (both written and verbal)
