- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive ESL lessons tailored to IT professionals, HR specialists, and general learners, emphasizing industry-specific language and practical communication skills.
- Track and assess student progress through informal assessments, quizzes, assignments, and personalized feedback.
- Customize teaching strategies to accommodate different proficiency levels and learning preferences.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, terminology, and developments in IT and Business English to ensure that course content remains relevant and up to date.
