Requirements:
- Higher legal (or economical) education;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills;
- Preferably 1+ years of legal experience in international law in gambling, high-risk or international IT companies;
- Knowledge of English — at least Intermediate
- Legal research skills in various non-standard matters;
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions;
- Experience in commercial contracts with foreign contracting parties;
- Legal or financial certificates will be as a bonus

Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and support to clients in matters related to corporate governance, establishment of companies and registration of securities, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations;
- Drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
- Representation of clients' interests before governmental authorities;
- Participation in negotiations and dispute resolution;
- Performing legal analysis and research of relevant legal issues;
- Ensuring internal controls and compliance with ethical and professional standards;
- Drafting of various legal documents, letters, memos, statements for legal entities in different jurisdictions;
- Monitoring of foreign laws, data tracking;
- Careful filling of questionnaires for opening bank accounts;
- Communication and interaction with company’s departments to ensure minimization of legal risks and provision of legal support.
- Working processes with international websites in the field of legal services.
