We are looking for a full-time Marketing manager
Marketing Manager is a professional responsible for planning, executing, and managing accounts and it’s marketing campaigns to achieve specific business objectives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of marketing principles. The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating various elements of a campaign, ensuring its successful implementation, and measuring its effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including coordinating with various team members to ensure all elements are aligned.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all campaign elements are delivered on schedule.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Generate regular reports detailing campaign results
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform campaign strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement optimizations based on data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Advantages:
- Proven experience in campaign management, marketing, or a related field. Previous experience with successful campaign outcomes is highly desirable
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as analytics software, project management tools, and CRM systems
