Responsibilities:
- To study project documentation
- To compose information letters on the customer’s project for the entire working group
- To organize and conduct start-up meetings on the project: for a detailed discussion of production issues
- Make a schedule of billing and payments with the client according to the terms of the contract
- Request all necessary information for the project from the production manager and the client
- Set tasks for the project
- Issue invoices to the client, control payment, remind the client of the debt
- To reconcile the budget and expenses for each project at all stages: with production, procurement and logistics, a subcontractor manager
- Monitor deadlines for completing tasks during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Higher technical education
- Experience in steel structures/mechanical engineering/construction/manufacturing
- You know how to convey a thought correctly and speak competently
- Are you able to coordinate the actions of the team
- You are attentive to details, you know how to work in multitasking mode
- Fluent English, Russian. Other EU language as a plus
- Ability to work remotly such effective as on site.
