Our client aims to attract the best professionals in the market to create a top-tier product in the platform segment. This international company develops high-load systems and online services for the creation, launch, and management of online casinos, including crypto-casinos, as well as solutions for betting companies and game developers. They offer their own localization program, 24/7 technical support, and a player acquisition program.
We are currently seeking a Head of Media Buying with experience in the online casino or gambling industry. Our future colleague is a strategic leader with deep expertise in media buying, capable of effectively managing a team and achieving excellent results in a fast-paced, ever-evolving market
Objective: Management and recruitment of specialists in the media buying department, attraction of new contractors and negotiations with them (price, volumes, priority places on platforms), search and agreements with ambassadors, purchase of traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the work of teamleads and barers across various advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Upki, Streams, etc.).
- Developing and implementing traffic acquisition strategies for the casino.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- Optimization of creatives and strategies to achieve maximum profitability (ROI).
- Analyzing and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CPC, CTR and CR.
- Planning and managing budgets for advertising campaigns.
- Ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve objectives.
- Training and developing a team of media buyers.
- Motivating the team to achieve high results.
- Collaborate with other departments including analytics, content production and partner programs.
- Participating in the development of new advertising offers and creatives.

Requirements:
Education and Knowledge:
- Higher education in marketing or related fields.
- Excellent knowledge of working with various advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Experience with campaign optimization and tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on analytics.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.).

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media buying or advertising campaign management.
- Experience in the online casino or gambling industry.

Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience managing a team, including training and motivating employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- English language proficiency: Upper-intermediate or Advanced.
