About the role Our team is growing, and we are looking for an Office Manager. You will work closely with the team and third party companies. The Office Manager plays a key role in the processes of the office maintainance.
What you’ll do
- Ensure office environment is running smoothly and is comfortable for the working needs of the team
- Cooperate closely with third party organizations
- Provide office documentations and prepare reports
- Help with the team requests
- Help with events organizing

Who you are
- Strongly self-organized person tends to adhere to processes and make them done
- Attentive to details
- Skilled in comminication, including — conducting negotiations with third party companies
- Team player (do you put the mission before self-interest?)
- Positive attitude towards the world
- Skilled in work with Google Docs environment
- Experience of working with Excel tables
