Position: Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner

Legal Pilot is an international legal company providing services to global businesses in the fields of iGaming, crypto, marketing, and IT. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Partner in daily operations.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English — both oral and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High level of discipline, self-organization, and time management.
- Willingness to work hard, take on challenges, and manage a variety of tasks.
- Stress resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Work experience is not required, but will be an advantage. Recent university graduates with good academic performance are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in communication with partners and clients.
- Managing a task list and updating statuses.
- Processing and digitizing information into spreadsheets.
- Assisting with organizing trips and travel logistics.

Salary: Based on interview results.
