UI Designer, UX Developer

With HQ based in Australia, and supported by Microsoft for Startups, we are building an AI-powered Sales Enablement tool, we are seeking a skilled UI/UX developer to join a small team of developers working in a fast-paced environment. Working autonomously and remotely in a global team is essential for the position.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for our AI products
- Collaborate with a product manager, developers, and data scientists to ensure seamless user experiences
- Conduct user research and translate findings into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics to improve usability
- Ensure responsive design across various platforms and devices

What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience in UI/UX design, particularly for SaaS or AI products
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with user testing and research methods
