Required qualifications and experience:
- Upper-intermediate English level (B2) and higher: strong writing and speaking skills;
- Great communications skills (in English);
- Strong attention to details, multitasking and stress resistance;
- Previous experience in Truck Dispatching is a Must

Key responsibilities:
- Supervising 10−15 trucks dedicated to you;
- Searching and booking loads;
- Collect proof of deliveries from drivers (ensure they upload it to the system upon delivery);
- Controlling the transit process beginning from pick up and ending with the delivery;
- Planning, organizing and coordinating the time and the related information with the drivers and the customers, shippers, and receivers for timely pickups and deliveries;
- Dealing with paperwork; getting set up with new brokers;
- Dispatch updates, forward loads to billing department that are ready to be invoiced;
