We are currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team and assist with daily operations for a US-based wholesale and delivery company. Our team consists of young and active people working from different cities and countries around the globe.
Tasks:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain project-related data in the system.
- Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in managing and organizing data, ensuring it is easily accessible to the team.
- Collaborate with other team members to address data discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Generate reports and provide administrative support for project data-related tasks.

Requirements:
- Finished or unfinished Bachelor’s degree
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer software, including MS Excel, Word, and other data management tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a global team.
- English level B1+ (Intermediate).
- Available to part-time from 16:00 to 20:00, Monday through Friday, with an optional 30-minute lunch break.

Would be a plus:
- Experience in field or support
