You’ll be a powerful force behind ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll effortlessly handle client queries and effectively communicate with our creative team to deliver exceptional email marketing campaigns. Your role will primarily focus on translating client needs to email copy, designs and strategies, while coordinating implementation in Klaviyo. Additionally, you’ll leverage your expertise to coordinate split-tests, audit performance data, and recommend actions, through which you’ll establish yourself as a trusted professional advisor for our clients. Rest assured, you’ll have the support of one of our founders to further develop your skills who is highly knowledgable in email marketing.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll manage your personal mailbox and to-do list, prioritise tasks, inspect client accounts, delegate responsibilities, and monitor content and email performance metrics. Your active participation in team meetings, dedication to personal growth, and proactive planning for client success will be crucial to your success.
The ideal candidate for this senior-level position has a natural ability to bring people together, empathises with client needs, have an affinity with the eCommerce space, follows trends within the graphic design/email marketing industry, possesses analytical skill (though nothing too complicated), and has a keen interest in marketing and product branding.
