Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Social Media and Community Manager to oversee our online presence and engage with our exclusive community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, community building, and networking, with the ability to create compelling content and foster meaningful connections in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
- Manage social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Generate social media content during live events (reels, stories, posts).
- Engage with and grow our online community through consistent, high-quality content.
Community Engagement
- Build and nurture the Mempool Reload community by managing interactions in our WhatsApp group, ensuring participants are informed, engaged, and connected.
- Implement AI-driven concierge services to automate community interactions and event-related updates.
Content Creation
- Create engaging, relevant, and on-brand content for Mempool Reload’s social channels and website.
- Livestream and document events to share with the wider audience.
- Post-event, ensure attendees are mentioned and engaged through personalized social media follow-ups (reels, shorts, stories).
Qualifications
- Experience in social media marketing and community management, preferably in a B2B or events context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for a high-net-worth audience.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with platforms such as ClickFunnels, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of or interest in finance, technology, and luxury lifestyle sectors is a plus.
