- Results-Oriented: Ability to consistently close 2+ positions per month.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the tech landscape and talent pool in Western Europe.
- Proactive Approach: Expertise in sourcing, screening, and securing top-tier IT professionals.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Self-Driven: Able to work independently without the need for micromanagement.
