What You Will Do:

- Engage with potential clients to identify their needs and propose optimal solutions.
- Utilize platforms like Upwork, Apollo, LinkedIn, TopTal, and others for lead generation.
- Administer the CRM system, maintaining a database of leads.
What We Expect:

- Experience with client-search platforms such as Upwork and Apollo.
- Ability to independently organize searches and initiate contact with potential clients.
- Experience in negotiations and project presentation.
- Ability to analyze the market and identify potential clients in the IT sector.
- CRM system management skills are a plus.
