Position: Construction Estimator
Responsibilities:
- Review construction project plans, specifications, and requirements to perform accurate quantity takeoffs.
- Prepare detailed estimates by completing a comprehensive takeoff of the scope of work.
- Review and analyze all bid documents and material requirements to assess constructability and product material needs.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
- Consult with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to discuss, formulate estimates, and resolve issues.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
- Monitor client addendums and advise the estimating team on changes during the bidding period.
- Seek clarification on plans and specifications from architects and engineers when necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in the construction industry and estimating is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a collaborative team member.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
