Company «R&R Logistics Inc.» is looking for a highly qualified and energetic HR manager to recruit drivers in the logistics industry in the USA. Your primary responsibility will be to find, attract and hire professional drivers who meet the company’s requirements.
Main duties:
- Development and implementation of a driver recruitment strategy to meet the company’s needs in transport services.
- Posting vacancies on various online platforms and employment sites.
- Active search for candidates through social networks, recommendations and other sources.
- Conducting interviews, checking references and assessing the competencies of candidates.
- Ensuring candidates meet company requirements, including driver’s licenses, work experience and safety standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR field, preferably in the recruitment of drivers in the USA.
- Knowledge of the English language at the Advanced level or higher.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of hiring processes and strategies.
- Experience in using online recruiting tools and social networks to find candidates.

Salary: $400 — Fixed, + $500 bonus per each driver (owner operator).
