We’re hiring an experienced Sales Manager for RaControls company.
RAControls is a promoter of digital transformation and the application of state-of-the-art control technologies in automation and industrial IT.
Requirements:
- Previous working experience: Sales industry manufacturing
- Education: Polytechnic
- Language skills: English min. intermediate
- Additional requirements: Driving licence B
Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks and assigned sales plan for technical solutions and systems from RAControls (Rockwell Automation and affiliated manufacturers) product and service offerings on a selected list of customers.
- Actively seek new customers;
- Regular contact with customers, building and maintaining relationships, establishing new relationships and acquisition.
- Preparing quotations for customers;
- Prospecting for sales opportunities (OPP), identifying projects, reporting and closing deals.
- Planning and monitoring sales in the region/of assigned customers.
- Taking care of assigned customer list and responsibility for customers in the region;
- Building a sales network and coordinating activities to optimally reach the end customer with the product;
- Conducting training, presentations to customers;
- Communicate with customer service regarding order status;
- Taking over so-called Leads from the IS department and developing relationships and transactions with the newly acquired customer;
- Reporting and administrative work related to the position;
- Assist in handling complaints;
- Work closely with the entire RAControls team and the main supplier team;
- Monitoring and enforcing payments from customers;
- Carrying out work orders.

- Monthly salary rate: 2000−2,350 Euro (gross)
- 25% quarterly bonus
