Responsibilities:
Full office support:
- Ensuring uninterrupted office operation
- Calculation and payment of utility bills and rent
- Interaction with the owner of the house
- Purchase of all household needs and office supplies
- Organization of garbage removal
- Work with Internet service providers
- Purchase of water, tea, coffee and office supplies for the office
- Sending post

Equipment:
- Receiving and issuing the necessary equipment to employeesPurchase of equipment for the office and staff
- Equioment maintenance
- Remote support for employees with equipment problems
- Monitoring the availability of equipment

Finance:
- Distribution of office expenses and reporting

Additional:
- Marketing assistance, such as ordering business cards, booking airline tickets, hotels, etc.

Work Conditions:
- Vacation: 22 working days per year
- Sick leave: 5 paid days per year
- Sick lists: 100% paid with medical certificate up to 10 days per year
- Benefit cafeteria personal limit for health support
