We are looking for a person to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist with experience in the IT field.
Requirements:
- Written and spoken English at upper intermediate/advanced level.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Lead Generating within the B2B segment, specifically in the international market, focusing on the USA, Canada, and Europe. (would be a plus)
- Understanding of the IT field.
- Experience with UpWork, LinkedIn, etc.
- Understanding the ~sales funnel~
- Experience actively developing relationships with clients within an account while expanding their understanding of the client’s business.
- Effective communication skills, building business communications.
- Stress resistance, self-organization, focus on results, desire to work and earn money.

Responsibilities:
- Expanding the existing client base through freelance platforms, tracking lead interactions, and client database maintenance.
- Establishing contacts with new clients.
- Analysis of IT needs of clients.
- Utilize email campaigns and LinkedIn strategies to maximize lead-generation efforts.
