We’re a fast-growing affiliate marketing network specializing in connecting advertisers with targeted audiences to generate high-quality leads. We are looking for a skilled Manager of Finance Team to lead billing operations, oversee collections, drive process improvements, and manage a dedicated finance team to ensure timely, accurate payments from affiliates and advertisers.
Responsibilities:
? Oversee billing calculations, ensure on-time payments, and manage end-to-end billing processes with accuracy and efficiency.
? Supervise and mentor a small team responsible for preparing billing reports, managing overdue accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships.
? Collaborate with advertiser managers and finance teams to capture all costs and revenues accurately.
? Develop and implement optimized billing procedures to improve workflow and ensure compliance with company standards.
? Maintain billing records in Google Sheets, ensuring accurate, up-to-date data for financial reporting.
? Handle escalated billing inquiries professionally, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
? Lead the team in reconciling discrepancies, driving effective resolutions, and building a culture of accountability.
? Prepare ad-hoc reports, conduct financial analysis, and provide insights for senior management.
? Champion initiatives to streamline billing operations, identifying new efficiencies and growth opportunities for the team.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
? Proven background in finance or accounting management with a record of effective team leadership.
? Proficiency in Google Sheets; familiarity with other financial tools is a plus.
? Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
? Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
? Excellent communication in English, with the ability to lead a team and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
? A strategic and people-focused leader, skilled at developing talent and driving process improvements.
Job Type & Location:
? This is a full-time position;
? Work schedule: Sunday — Thursday.
