We are looking for an Operations Team Assistant to join our team in the Kyiv office.
Requirements
- Previous experience in US-based transportation company (Operations, Support or Dispatch position) for at least a year;
- Excellent verbal and written English skills;
- Proficient Computer skills that include good typing abilities and a basic understanding of the Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office;
- Extreme focus on organization and time management;
- Team player;
- Organized, flexible, reliable with extreme attention to details;
- Based in Kyiv, since the job is in the office.

Essential Functions
- Dispatching the drivers for pick-ups and delivery;
- Following up and communicating with the drivers;
- Work with relevant documentation;
- Communication with colleagues and assisting them with various inquiries.

Work conditions:
- Office work at the Kyiv city center. Remote isn’t considered;
- Shifts Schedule: 5 working days/ 3 days off.
- Morning shift (7 AM — 2 PM);
- Afternoon shift (2 PM — 10 PM);
- Night shift (10 PM — 7 AM). (Please note, that the schedule includes all shifts).
