About the product
Project: fintech, payment system.
Responsibilities:
- Daily controlling of online payment processing to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and security.
- Monitor transactions and reconcile payment data from various online platforms and payment gateways.
- Manage relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
- Analyze payment trends and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Support and enforce policies and procedures related to online payments to compliance risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot payment issues and optimize the checkout experience for customers.
- Communication with internal finance team for reporting, accounting, reconciliation.
- Generate reports and provide insights on payment performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct periodic audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards.
- Be the contact person for PSP and Acquirers, handle the processes of registration, onboarding and operational monitoring.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to online payments.

Requirements:
- Finance background with 3−5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical analysis.
- Strong understanding of online payment systems and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, realizing ideas into technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices, treasury activities.
- FinTech experience would be a plus. Ideally in the high-risk industry.
- Multitasking, effective in time-management and prioritizing workload, meet deadlines.
- At least Upper Intermediate business English — oral and written.
- Experience with cryptocurrency will be a big plus.
