Job Title: Publisher Manager for Mobile Performance Network
Location: Remote or Onsite in Wroclaw, Poland

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Publisher Manager to join our mobile performance network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing publisher accounts within a CPA network and deep knowledge of the mobile performance market. You will be responsible for expanding our publisher base, managing relationships, and ensuring successful campaign delivery. The position offers the flexibility to work either remotely or onsite in our vibrant Wroclaw office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing publishers to drive consistent traffic and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard new publishers, leveraging your existing portfolio and network.
- Negotiate contracts, payout rates, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure delivery meets the clients' performance goals, proactively resolving any issues.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve overall performance, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure alignment with publishers' needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including account managers, sales, and technical teams, to ensure smooth operations and integration.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, changes in the mobile performance market, and new tools or technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable recommendations for improving campaign performance and publisher satisfaction.
- Maintain a focus on KPIs, working to meet or exceed performance targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role within the mobile performance or affiliate marketing industry.
- Hands-on experience managing publisher accounts in a CPA network.
- Deep understanding of the mobile performance market, including traffic types, conversion flows, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proven ability to bring your own portfolio of publishers to expand our business.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building and maintaining productive business relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
