ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

Role Overview: As a Compensation Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the organization’s compensation structure. You will lead the salary review process, manage job grading, and optimize bonus programs, ensuring they are fair, motivating, and aligned with company objectives. You will also conduct market competitiveness analyses to ensure our compensation packages attract and retain top talent. This position requires close collaboration with senior leadership, HR, finance, and department heads to support the company’s growth and employee satisfaction through strategic compensation planning.
Requirements:
- 5−8 years of experience in compensation management, including leading salary reviews, job grading, and bonus systems.
- Strong understanding of compensation strategy, job evaluation frameworks, and salary benchmarking.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and compensation tools for analysis and data management.
- Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and teams.
- Certification in Compensation and Benefits (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
Salary Reviews & Structure Development:
- Lead the annual salary review process, ensuring alignment with internal job grading and market trends.
- Develop and maintain salary matrices and ranges for various job levels, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to adjust compensation structures based on evolving business needs.

Job Grading & Evaluation:
- Oversee the job evaluation and grading process to ensure roles are categorized accurately within the company’s compensation framework.
- Work with the Job Grading Specialist to ensure consistency and alignment with industry standards.
- Conduct audits of job roles to ensure they reflect current responsibilities and market competitiveness.

Bonus Systems Management:
- Design and manage performance-based bonus programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee motivation.
- Regularly review and optimize bonus programs to keep them competitive and effective.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure bonus programs are well-communicated and understood by employees.

Market Competitiveness Analysis:
- Lead benchmarking efforts to compare the company’s compensation practices against industry standards.
- Analyze external compensation data to make informed decisions on salary ranges and bonus structures.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, offering recommendations to maintain competitiveness.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, finance, and department heads to ensure compensation structures support organizational growth.
- Present compensation strategy updates, findings, and proposals to senior management to ensure alignment with business goals.
