We are seeking for a Sr. Account Manager to assist with customer inquiries, support our current clients, and drive new business through outbound sales efforts. This position requires a proactive and personable individual who can effectively communicate our value proposition and be a customer advocate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound sales requests and assist existing customers with their needs;
- Conduct outbound B2B sales outreach through emails and phone calls to generate new leads;
- Conduct product demos for decision-makers to showcase our solution;
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities;
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving customer engagement and sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English (both written and verbal);
- Previous experience in customer support and/or sales, preferably in SaaS environment;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus;
- Familiarity with Apple infrastructure/Apple TV in particular is a strong advantage;
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.
Additional Requirements:
- Most of our customers are based in the US, so we require a commitment to work during 16−24 hour shifts (Kyiv time);
- Our diverse client base includes small businesses, large corporations, as well as educational institutions across the US and worldwide: familiarity with the B2B sales cycle would be huge plus.
