We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our dynamic HR Department. As an in-house Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind hiring the best persons for our growing team of over 300 contractors. No prior experience necessary; however, a strong willingness to learn and grow in field is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to source and screen candidates to identify the best fit for our open positions.
- Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct online interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Effectively communicate with candidates, negotiate offers and assist with completing paperwork for new hires.
- Manage our CRM system, maintain accurate and up to date records, generate reports for Recruitment Team Lead to ensure efficient tracking and monitoring of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team Lead to understand the company’s hiring needs and ensure the successful placement of candidates.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate’s experience.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to conduct 20+ cold calls per day to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (New York time zone), Monday to Friday.

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary at $400USD per month during the probationary period plus bonuses based on KPI after probationary period.
- Potential to earn $700+ after meeting KPIs following the probationary period.
