We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to promote our product in the German market. In this role you will be responsible for introducing our innovative product to new customers, building relationships with key stakeholders, and establishing a highly positive company image in the region. Required Qualifications:
- native-level proficiency in the German language is a crucial requirement
- must live in Germany and/or have significant experience living in Germany in the past
- speak fluent Russian/Ukrainian — English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher — at least 2 years of B2B sales experience
- thorough understanding of the German market dynamics, business principles, industry trends and the specifics of business culture
- remote work experience — experience selling SaaS or subscription-based products to a diverse range of customers
- strong grasp and comprehension of the fundamental processes in rental companies — ability to understand and analyze market trends
- ability to understand client’s needs and identify their core problems — strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively without supervision
- well-developed presentation, persuasion, and influence skills — outstanding interpersonal skills

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- expanding our product’s presence in the German market by winning new business
- providing top-notch client service, interacting exclusively with warm leads, without the need to actively sourcing new prospects
- hosting one-on-one and group Zoom sales presentations for potential customers
- signing contracts and onboarding clients while tailoring the service to match their specific business requirements
- providing technical and other support to the clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between them and the technical team — taking steps to maintain customer subscription renewals
- upholding our high service standards to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Languages:
The main languages of communication in the company are English, Italian, Russian, and Ukrainian. Since our team has many people from the CIS, we also use Russian for better understanding. We do not cooperate with aggressor countries.
Compensation:
The compensation package includes a fixed salary complemented by a performance-based commission. Positive results and successful contract closures will be rewarded with a percentage-based bonus, ensuring that your efforts and achievements are directly reflected in your earnings.
Work Mode:
The role is primarily remote with a commitment of 180 hours per month.
