We are looking for an ambitious and creative Senior Motion Designer who can bring ideas to life through captivating marketing materials for YouTube. If you have extensive experience in video creation and are ready to conquer new heights, this opportunity is for you!
What will you be responsible for
- Develop and create engaging video content to promote the services of companies on YouTube.
- Closely collaborating with the creative team, participating in idea discussions and brainstorming sessions. You will work closely with the Art Director and the company’s CEO.
- Generating basic variations for successful creatives.

What do you need for this position
- At least 3 years of experience in creating animated 2D videos and video editing;
- Relevant work with animation that you can share;
- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects and basic experience with graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator);
- Knowledge of tools and methods for video editing, compositing, and optimization (for example, Adobe Premiere Pro);
- Skills in sourcing and selecting materials from stock libraries;
- Structured, innovative, open-minded, communicative, flexible, and able to work with feedback;
- Ability to effectively manage your work time and meet deadlines;
- English level of Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be a plus:
- Basic skills in AI software (image generation, working with voiceover, etc.)

Hiring Process: Stage 1: Interview with Recruiter (30 minutes). Stage 2: Test assignment. Stage 3: Interview with Head of Recruitment. Stage 4: Interview with the CEO of the customer’s company.
