ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

We are looking for a skilled Retention Manager to join our team and lead customer retention efforts across multiple communication channels, including email, app pushes, SMS, and other platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing, restructuring, and developing an efficient retention flow to enhance user onboarding and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to enhance customer retention for our MOVO brand.
- Develop, optimize, and manage promotional, trigger, and transactional communications to improve key metrics (RCR, RR, CTR).
- Expand existing communication channels and explore new methods.
- Design and implement targeted promotional mechanics for diverse audience segments.
- Automate successful retention strategies and campaigns to ensure long-term performance.
- Formation and testing of hypotheses to improve company metrics.
- Collaborate with BI analysts to analyze data, identify potential customer segments, and improve reporting.

Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in developing and optimizing complex retention programs, ideally within fintech, crypto, gambling or Web3 environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with various communication channels and tools to ensure campaigns avoid landing in spam.
- Proficiency in trading tools and a readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, execute, and report on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
