About Us:
We are a dynamic international company specializing in the procurement and sales of premium food products, with a focus on sweets. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven Purchasing Manager to take full responsibility for managing purchases and supplier relations across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Search: Actively researching the market and establishing contacts with new suppliers of food products and sweets across Europe.
- Requesting and Analyzing Offers: Preparing requests for quotes and supply conditions, followed by in-depth analysis to select the most favorable terms.
- Price and Condition Comparisons: Optimizing costs and delivery conditions to secure the best possible deals.
- Negotiating: Leading high-level negotiations with suppliers, finalizing contracts, and managing purchase orders.
- Logistics Coordination: Organizing and overseeing the transportation of goods to our warehouses.

Additional Duties:
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to the procurement process.
- Contributing to the optimization of purchasing processes and improving supplier relationships.

Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the food sector.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to conduct confident and effective negotiations to achieve favorable terms.
- Language Proficiency: Basic proficiency in English (B1/B2) both written and spoken.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel and other data analysis/reporting tools (knowledge of additional procurement tools is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Flexibility and Initiative: High level of autonomy and the ability to respond quickly to changes.
