We are currently looking for an active and responsible dispatcher (COD direction) to join our team.
Work experience in this area is welcomed but not required!
Benefits of this position:
- Remote work with a convenient schedule (Mon.-Fri. from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST / 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM Kyiv time).
- Stable salary: $750 in the first month of the probationary period, $1000 starting from the second month, with payments on the 15th of each month.
- Opportunity for career growth to Team Lead COD.

Responsibilities:
- Receiving repair orders (handling incoming and missed calls, as well as requests via Yelp).
- Assigning tasks to technicians and building efficient routes.
- Managing projects and ensuring the quality of service, as well as confirming payment collection.
- Communicating with customers (processing requests) and collaborating with all company departments.
- Maintaining reports on work performance.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian. English level C1 or higher.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work remotely.
