ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

You will receive a competitive starting rate along with an excellent bonus system thereafter.We are seeking a skilled professional for the Head of Affiliates position. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, be organized and motivated, and we guarantee a pleasant atmosphere with opportunities for growth. Additionally, we offer competitive compensation and exciting bonuses.
What you need to do:
- Review and rebuild an existing division;
- Partner base review;
- Develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy;
- Optimize performance metrics on the new strategy;
- Monitoring, reporting and analyzing all metrics;
- Transfer of all communications to CRM;
- Team growth/optimization;
- Negotiating, closing deals with top partners.

What hard skills do you need to have:
- Experience: From 2−3 years working with gambling/betting verticals;
- Experience managing a team of 20+ people;
- Good practical knowledge of all typical metrics, software, market and so on;
- Having its own strong base of partners in relevant verticals;
- Skills in working with affiliate software: platforms, CRM, trackers;
- English: Intermediate level or higher (B2+);
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus!

- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and ideas.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Flexibility in responding to changing conditions and willingness to learn new skills.
