Part-Time Digital Marketing & PR Specialist for Creative Start-Up (Remote)
Location: Remote (Ukraine) Hours: Part-time (20 hours/week) Salary: 18000 UAH/month

We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing & PR Specialist to join our team part-time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in contemporary art, classical music, and performance to work in the intersection of artistic and media sectors and help craft and execute digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a personal branding and positioning strategy.
- Create long-term marketing and PR plans to boost visibility.
- Manage and grow social media channels (IG, FB, X, TT, Linkedin etc.).
- Conduct market research and trend analysis in the arts and technology sectors.
- Work on content creation: text writing, video and photos editing, social media posts, and website updates.
- Coordinate email marketing and newsletter campaigns.
- Maintain and update contact databases, using CRM tools for effective communication.
- Utilize SEO strategies and manage the website’s content.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in digital marketing and PR, particularly for artists or creative industries.
- Ability to create compelling marketing content, from social media posts to press releases, performance program notes, artists statements, biographies etc…
- Strong research and analytical skills to study market trends and competitors.
- Experience working with tools like Canva, MailChimp, Google Analytics, CRM and Project management platforms.
- Knowledge of contemporary art, classical music, and modern dance.
- English fluency (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with a passion for the arts.
