ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls from patients: answering questions, providing necessary information, and assisting in resolving patient problems.
- Database management: using computer programmes to search and update information in the database.
- Call routing: collaborating with other departments in the company to resolve customer issues.
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback to improve customer service and suggest solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at C1-C2 level and SPANISH C1 are MUST
- WORK EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED (BUT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE) + WE WILL PAY FOR YOUR TRAINING.
- Availability of a permanent internet connection.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), politeness and tactfulness.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of PC / Excel, Microsoft Word.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and handle complaints.
