The Mission of your role — shaping the employee journey and creating a positive workplace culture.  
 
In this role you will be responsible for: 
- New Employee Orientation.
- Onboarding Presentation and Updates.
- Exit Interviews and Reporting.
- Onboarding Reports Compilation.
- Transfer Surveys.
- Manager Training.
- Buddy Programs and Feedback Surveys.
- Welcome Letters for New Managers.
- HCM Record Keeping.
- UPfamily Space Onboarding Page Update.
- Constant improvement of the employees experience.
We expect from you:  
- Proven experience in employee experience, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively across departments.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for improving the employee journey.
- English B1 or higher.
Visiting our office in Kyiv once per week.
