We are actively seeking a skilled Facebook Community Manager to join our team. This role is essential in fostering, managing, and engaging with our online community on the Facebook platform. Your main task is to strengthen the connection between the brand and its audience, as well as to create an active and positive community around our products.

Requirements :
?Excellent communication skills;
?Knowledge of the Facebook platform, including its tools and algorithms;
?Understanding of the US market and its audience;
?Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve engagement;
?Creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas.
Responsibilities :
?Content Creation and Management: Publishing relevant and engaging content that interests the community via Facebook.
?Developing content strategies that align with brand values ??and audience interests.
?Moderation and Support: Moderation of comments and discussions, ensuring a positive atmosphere.
?Promptly resolving user issues or complaints, and customer support via comments and private messages.
?Analysis and Reporting: Tracking community activity, analyzing key metrics (engagement, subscriber growth, number of interactions).
?Developing reports to improve audience engagement strategies.
?Audience Engagement: Creating surveys, contests, and other events to engage community members.
?Responding to comments, and participating in discussions to build closer relationships with subscribers.
?Feedback Management: Collecting feedback from the audience and sharing it with the brand team to improve products.
