Key Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager with proven results
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws (Ukraine, USA)
- Fluent English (C1 or higher) as you will conduct interviews with native speakers
- A degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
- Proficiency in using Google products for seamless operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively manage challenges in a dynamic environment
- Expertise with hiring platforms such as Work ua, Robota ua, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn
- Familiarity with social media platforms for hiring, such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram
- Proficiency with candidate evaluation tools such as Testify, Harver, Thrive

- Develop and implement HR strategies that reflect our company’s values of honesty, transparency, and collaboration and support our long-term business goals
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to interviewing, ensuring we hire only top-performing professionals
- Design and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure employees are fully integrated and productive from day one
- Act as the primary contact for employee concerns and inquiries fostering a positive, results-driven workplace culture
- Collaborate with company leadership to make strategic hiring decisions that support our company’s growth and maintain high-performance standards
